The challenge

ABB wanted to create a state of the art Customer Experience Centre, that wasn’t to be compromised by the relatively compact space they had available in one of their key UK locations. For a company that is redefining how digital technologies are used in their industry, it was imperative that the experience clients receive on-site lives up to their glowing reputation.

Our solution

Undoubtedly, the jewel in the crown of this project was to create the reality from the concept design drawings from ABB’s marketing team. This also included the requirement of a structural curved partition wall to accommodate the interactive screen system that is made from 18 individual screens incorporating feature backlit bulkheads. Once combined, they have created the perfect environment to showcase ABB’s capabilities to support their clients across a variety of di erent areas.

The room also has 3 large touch-screen monitors that can be used for pretty much any purpose, whether it’s being used in live demonstrations to show videos or animations, technical speci cations of particular products or product comparisons. The room has been designed in a way that allows for the space to be used exibly with the ability to host bespoke events for clients and prospects alike and can be interchanged between show room and seminar space due to the moveable acoustic wall.
