If you’re fitting out an office, you’ll usually come across three terms: Cat A, Cat A+ and Cat B. The main difference comes down to how much of the work has already been done before you move in.

A full Cat A refurbishment of this 40,000 sq. ft building in the heart of Birmingham’s Colmore Business District, including a new reception, upgraded lifts, WC cores and landlord areas, and new mechanical and electrical services that helped the building achieve an EPC A rating.
Our Birmingham Office is situated in the heart of Colmore Row and can be easily accessed from Birmingham Snow Hill and New Street on-foot.
