The 2025 Rhino Interiors Round Up

Dec 10, 2025

As 2025 draws to a close, it is a great opportunity to look back over the past twelve months to recognise some of the key moments and milestones at Rhino.

Across the business there have been a number of exciting moments and achievements that have really underpinned our year. It feels like a year of purposeful progress and what we have achieved in our community work, projects, innovation and culture reflects who we are, and who we’ve become as a business.

Here’s a look back at some key moments as we look forward to 2026.

Giving Back at Our First Charity Event

We hosted our first-ever charity event in May for Ladies Fighting Breast Cancer (LFBC). Through excellent organisation from the wider team and sponsorships, we organised our first Golf Day and managed to raise over £8000 for charity.

This fantastic event enabled us to recognise the role we can play within the wider community. We are so proud to host events like these and have exciting plans for events in 2026.

Launching Rhino Edge

Technology and innovation took a significant step forward this year with the introduction of Rhino Edge as a new product offering.

This has been game-changing and has underpinned many of the projects we have delivered this year. ‘Edge’ is all about enhancing the client experience. It has evolved out of our workplace consultancy process and represents a big leap forward in the way we approach client requirements and deliver data-led design.

Edge enables us to lead conversations around quality, clarity and future-ready solutions.

Delivering a Flagship Project at Pavers

It would be nearly impossible to look back on this year and not talk about Pavers. This project is undoubtedly one of the highlights of 2025. A 20,000 sq ft design and build project delivered in 14 weeks for one of the UK’s biggest footwear retailers.

From the outset, the project carried both high expectations and real creative potential. We had a fantastic connection with Pavers. Their commitment to craftsmanship and customer experience pushed our project team to deliver a high-quality solution.

What made this project exceptional wasn’t just the finished space, but the relationship that developed. The result was an environment that not only met the brief, but amplified the brand’s identity and ambition. It is a project that the whole team is really proud of.

Three Projects Delivered in Central Birmingham

Sticking with our projects, another highlight from 2025 was being successfully appointed on three significant projects in the heart of Birmingham. As a Birmingham-based company, there is a huge amount of pride that comes from working in some of the most well-known properties – but to have the projects on-site at the same time was quite something!

Our project at King Edward House on New Street was a Cat A fit out over 7 floors to prepare the building for subletting. Totaling 26 weeks on site, the transformation of this period property was impressive. We added a new reception and gym on the ground floor.

Another project went to site at 10 Colmore Row, home of the iconic Great Western Arcade. With a 42-week programme, this project takes place in yet another location in the Central Business District. The Great Western Arcade is a reminder that heritage buildings offer brilliant opportunities for refurbishment. This is perhaps a taster of the type of work we expect to see more of in Birmingham.

Finally our latest project to go to site is in one of Birmingham’s top commercial buildings, delivering Cat A works at of 2 floors in the iconic 3 Brindley Place.

Each project shows our in-house capabilities, which is a blend of technical delivery to intelligent strategy and design. Winning these projects is also a great demonstration of our growing foothold in the market.

Winning at the Fit-Out Awards

September marked a celebration as we won the award for Fit Out Project of the Year – Medium Office: Regional England for our project with Pavers Shoes.

This win was a great moment for the project team and our client. It stands out as a milestone that has helped strengthen our reputation as an award-winning design and build company.

Our Own Office Move

Closing out the year with our own office move really felt like the perfect end to the year. Moving up to the 12th floor from the 3rd, in 103 Colmore Row feels like a great representation of our ambitions for 2026 and beyond.

We design and deliver high-performance spaces for our clients, so stepping into a space that does the same for us feels like a real moment. It’s our “connecting space with performance” philosophy in action, and it is already shaping the way we collaborate, think and move.

We are really excited to start our new chapter in this space.

Looking Ahead to 2026

What stands out most about the past year is not the milestones themselves but the intent behind them. There have been moments to celebrate from across the business and that reflects the incredible effort and commitment that comes from our people.

Delivering stand out office design projects is the core of the business.

The whole team feels a real sense of pride in what we have delivered and we are taking a great amount of momentum into the New Year. With the support of our clients, partners and colleagues. We step into the new year with excitement for what comes next.
