Project kick off / start

The first, and most important, step is to map out and agree the right route to market, taking into consideration your budgets and time constraints, ensuring that there are no surprises along the way, and that we’re able to deliver on time.

We’ll help you to establish the build scope so that you always understand exactly what we’ll be doing and why. We are able to interpret the scope into a deliverable design, providing you with complete clarity of what you’re getting for your money. 

Following our comprehensive kick-off process, you’ll have all the information that you require, including detailed project costs, blueprints and more. We can also run a tender process, should you need, helping you to establish cost certainty and guarantee value for money at every stage. 

Project management 

We’re here to fully manage your project, making sure that there are no snags, hiccups or frustrations.

This includes:

• Hand selecting the best subcontractors from our trusted pool.
• Creating detailed phasing plans.
• Completing project set-up and management, meaning there’s no pressure on you.
• Taking on full responsibility for subcontractors at all times.

Execution & build 

We’ll act as the main contractor throughout, managing any trades that we may be required to use (including client incumbent trades). We will also deliver weekly updates and progress reports to provide peace of mind to you and your associates. 

Our extensive experience allows us to accurately execute plans, keeping everything focused and on-time, mitigating delays and proactively dealing with potential issues before they become a problem. 

There’s a lot of moving parts at this stage, and it’s easy to become overwhelmed. Our agile process ensures that we keep on top of everything and ensure a smooth build, every time.

Handover 

Our relationship doesn’t end with delivery.

We guarantee an effortless, in-depth handover process, designed to get you up to speed with everything you need in order to get the most out of your new building.

This includes full training on all systems, as well as delivery of completed operation and maintenance manuals.

You’ll also be provided with contact details for your dedicated account manager, who will be available should you require anything. 

Support

We take aftercare seriously.

You’ll have access to our dedicated in-house aftercare team, who are always at the end of the phone should you have any issues, or need to talk with a human about anything.
