They had a challenge with their old workspace of attracting the right clients and talent, which was limiting their ability to grow. Their culture was also suffering as a result of poor workplace distribution around 3 floors and as a result of an acquisition.

As a result of our workplace consultancy, we have rationalized their staff around 1 floor, whilst allowing for their projected 5-year plan for growth in headcount.
We also put a strong emphasis on tailoring the design so it supports support Jerrom’s long-term growth plans. Helping them attract a new range of clients, as well as helping attract and retain the best talent in the region. We ended up with a great space that showcases the very best in Birmingham office design.
