Office Rhino Interiors has been on site delivering the latest flexible workspace in Leeds for provider WorkWell. As fit out contractor, Rhino is delivering the workplace on site alongside the wider project team, helping bring WorkWell’s vision to life as demand for high-quality flexible workspace continues to grow across the region.
Located at Carrwood Park, the 8,675 sq ft scheme will transform a former NHS building into a modern workspace designed by NC Studio. Once complete, the development will provide a mix of private office suites, collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, focus booths, breakout areas and shared amenities.
The project builds on Rhino’s experience delivering workplaces throughout the UK, including the award-winning Pavers headquarters in York, and marks another significant project within Yorkshire’s commercial office market.
