Introducing The Workplace Exchange

As part of a new series of in-person conversations about the workplace, The Workplace Exchange will be hosted as a breakfast session that brings people together from across the workplace industry to share ideas, experiences and perspectives on the issues shaping how and where we work.

The goal is provide a platform for influential professionals in the sector to share their insights and for us at Rhino Interiors to help facilitate and shape these conversations.

Each event will explore a different topic in an effort to cover the broad spectrum of the workplace sector so we cover lots of new and relevant ideas. From the role of technology and AI in the workplace to employee experience and also some more Birmingham specific conversations to ensure we can support local businesses that are facing challenges with their office space. Each topic will be designed to create genuinely useful conversations and ideas.

Our aim for The Workplace Exchange is to not just be another event in the calendar and for it to be a place where workplace leaders, property professionals, designers and industry experts can hear different perspectives, ask questions and compare what they’re seeing within their own organisations and projects.

We will be providing breakfast and coffee as well as a chance to meet people before the conversation begins. Plus of course an opportunity to continue those discussions afterwards. Most importantly, we want the topics themselves to be shaped by the challenges and opportunities the workplace community is experiencing right now.

The Workplace Exchange will be launching towards the end of 2026 and will be held in 18, the members’ space at 103 Colmore Row. The programme of conversations is currently being developed, with speakers, themes and dates to be announced shortly.
