We were approached by a global pharmaceuticals business who faced unpredicted growth at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. As a laboratory, they offered Covid testing facilities and needed to quickly reshape their working environment to accommodate their rapid growth. Time was of the essence.
Flexibility and adaptability enabled us to modify designs to ensure they received exactly what was desired – a design that not was not only equipped with the resources needed to support their growth, but also one that conformed to relevant regulations and showcased their capability and professionalism to new clients.
Our Solution
The newly designed space featured agile open-plan office spaces, laboratories, a client area and multi-use meeting rooms, enabling collaboration as well as focused work and confidential meetings. The neutral, timeless theme created a relaxed, sleek environment for clients and employees alike.
With health & safety regulations at the top of the agenda, the new laboratory areas needed to meet intricate specifications. Flanked by floor-to-ceiling glass partitions, the space maximized available natural light and offered an unobstructed view of the work undertaken by their team of professionals. All these elements combined, resulted in a clean, fresh workspace that offered the flexibility required for future expansion and growth.
