The Challenge

Jerroms are a professional and ambitious financial services company based near Birmingham.  They had a challenge with their old workspace of attracting the right clients and talent, which was limiting their ability to grow.  Their culture was also suffering as a result of poor workplace distribution around 3 floors and as a result of an acquisition. 

Our Solution

As a result of our workplace consultancy, we have rationalized their staff around 1 floor, whilst allowing for their projected 5-year plan for growth in headcount. 

We also put a strong emphasis on tailoring the design so it supports support Jerrom's long-term growth plans. Helping them attract a new range of clients, as well as helping attract and retain the best talent in the region. We ended up with a great space that showcases the very best in Birmingham office design.

We chose Rhino as they are a long trusted partner – we had worked with them on a previous office fitout and they share our same ethos and professionalism.

Throughout the consultancy process Rhino worked with the directors to thoroughly understand what their objectives were and how they want to maximise and best use the space. They then created the entire office layout around the directors’ objectives, providing impressive visuals and a VR to enhance the proposed design.
