Jerroms are a professional and ambitious financial services company based in The Midlands.  They had a challenge with their old workspace of attracting the right clients and talent, which was limiting their ability to grow.  Their culture was also suffering as a result of poor workplace distribution around 3 floors and as a result of an acquisition.

Our Solution

As a result of our workplace consultancy, we have rationalized their staff around 1 floor, whilst allowing for their projected 5-year plan for growth in headcount. 

We also put a strong emphasis on designing a space that would support Jerroms long-term growth plans by helping them attract a new range of client, as well as helping attract and retain the best talent in the region.
