At Rhino, we believe in being open and transparent; we don’t want there to be any nasty surprises for our clients down the line.

That’s why we’ve created this cost guide, designed to provide you with an insight into exactly how much your new workspace will cost, what you’ll get for your money, and some examples of other businesses who have worked to a similar budget as yours.

Our costing brackets

It’s important to us that we deliver your perfect space within budget, which is why we’ve broken our price structure down as much as possible, allowing you to choose the features and functions that you want in your perfect workspace.

£45-£60 per sqft

What’s included

• Ethically dispose of unrequired equipment/materials

• Partitioning to include glazing and veneer doors

• Coffee / Breakout Area (mid-range)

• New Flooring to include: – Feature Carpets (mid-range) Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT) – laid

• Decoration to include: – Painting and Feature Painted Walls

• Lighting – Some Feature Lighting (mid-range)

• Graphics – Wording and Standard Manifestation

• Office Furniture to include: – New Desking, storage and perators’ chairs (mid-range)

• Collaboration furniture (mid-range)

• Bespoke Joinery items

• Electrics/Data/mechanical works to suit new layout

• Some planting

Previous price band elements, plus the following:

• Acoustic crittall glazing and glass doors

• Flooring upgraded and laid non uniform – LVT – Laid Herringbone pattern (or similar)

• Some wallpapered feature walls

• More Feature Lighting (mid-high range)

• Bespoke Graphics and Manifestation

• Increased Collaboration furniture and bespoke Joinery items

What’s included

Previous price band elements, plus the following:

• Upgraded bespoke kitchen with boiling tap and extra features

• Upgraded flooring – Including some wooden and ceramic flooring

• More feature ‘designer’ lighting

•Increased bespoke graphics and manifestation

•Increased bespoke joinery items (high spec)

•Increased planting to include moss wall, troughs, large pots and hanging plants
