The Details
James and James made the decision to relocate to a new, purpose built warehouse and office building to accommodate their growing operations and facilitate team expansion. But the primary challenge was how to turn a cavernous shell into something amazing. They wanted to partner with a design and build company who realised the CEO’s ambitious dreams and executed it, right down to the smallest details.
Our Solution
The office was designed around a street scene, that of the 1000s of customers James and James deliver to every day; from bicycles, street lighting, phone boxes and an outdoor park (complete with faux fire pit)! Meeting rooms were switched for cosy chairs in living rooms from around the world and across the decades; breakout areas replaced with swings and deck chairs.Down to the finest details, we created an incredibly unique and personalised space, which encapsulates how James and James have challenged their industry.
