You should incorporate these breakout spaces within your office design. Think of them as a place to relax and re-energise. So your staff will be able to return to their desk and tackle the to-do list with renewed vigour.

Consider using modular, ergonomic furniture that's tailored for comfort, but also makes it easy to share ideas if inspiration strikes.
